3. How We Share Information
3.1 Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf to operate the Site and respond to you. Each provider is subject to its own privacy and data-protection commitments, and we instruct our providers to use your information only to perform their function for us. They are:
- Bluehost (Newfold Digital, Inc.) — web hosting; stores the Site and the information submitted through it;
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management (CRM), scheduling, and marketing platform; stores your contact record, consent selections, and communication history, provides the booking calendar you may use to schedule a call, and sends the email and text messages you have consented to receive;

Sprocket Digital does not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. The Site uses the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — cookies set by WordPress and by our security software (Wordfence) to operate the Site, protect it against abuse, and remember your preferences during a visit. These cannot be switched off within the Site.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, loaded through Google Site Kit and MonsterInsights, sets cookies (such as
_gaand_ga_*) that help us understand how visitors use the Site: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, and the device and browser used. This information is aggregated and does not identify you by name. - Embedded content — videos on the Site are served from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may set cookies on your device when you play a video, subject to Google’s privacy policy.
- Third-party scheduling — if you click “Book a Call,” you are taken to a booking page operated by GoHighLevel, which may set its own cookies, subject to its privacy policy.
Your choices. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of the Site. To prevent Google Analytics from using your data on any website, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, which we do not do in any case.
5. Data Retention
We retain the information you submit through the Site for as long as needed to respond to you, to maintain our business relationship, and thereafter as required by applicable law. Consent records for email and text communications are retained for as long as you remain subscribed and for the period required by law afterward.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Communications Choices
Where you have consented, we may send you marketing communications by email. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email or by emailing us at the address in Section 11.
